In 2016, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Design from DAAP at the University of Cincinnati. Since then, I have been working as a professional designer, first for Cintas as a Technical Designer for their Rental Apparel Uniform Line, then as the primary Graphic + Product Designer for Grainwell.

My design journey began in graphic communications design where I picked up invaluable skills in layout, presentation, composition and type design, as well as photography. I made the switch to Fashion in 2012 because I wanted to learn more about the art of trend forecasting, consumer behavior, and to develop a better understanding of 2D to 3D transitional design. My goal is to participate in an industry where thoughtful product design can bring meaning and functionality to someone's life.

I have proficient knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office programs on Mac and Windows platforms. You'll find me to be very personable, optimistic, and proactive. I learn quickly, I have a great work ethic, and the professional work I have accomplished has given me a wealth of experience working on multiple projects with strict deadlines simultaneously. For more information on my experiences and qualifications please click to see my resume here.

While design is an important part of my life and self-identity - my proudest achievement is being a mom to two amazing little boys. Family is my #1 priority and a privilege I am thankful for every day.
